I think I actually slept for 7 full hours last night. That's pretty good! Usually its around 6ish. My 5 mile walk went much better this morning. Wasnt as tired. Feeling positive and ready to start the rest of my day! :D

I do Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Walk video. You can find it free on youtube.com too. It's the vid with her starting in all black. It takes 1 hour and 8 minutes to do her 5 mile walk. :D
