Whoa, looks like a skipped the month of Feb. Oh well. I picked up 5 lbs in a week, while my wife went on a one week retreat. I've been on the Japanese rice diet for breakfast, skipping lunch and modest dinners. Dropped 4 lbs already. Yea.
