As expected, had problems yesterday getting in enough calories. Did do better than usual as I made myself breakfast when I first got up to make some coffee. Didn't really feel like eating it though!
It's much much easier when I'm at work, as I am sat at my desk all day and can just sit and eat while I work. In fact I'm about to have my mid-morning snack now - garlic-stuffed olives. That should make me popular!
Gym yesterday was fine - I did have to cut it slightly short as I'd left it late before going and had to be home to cook tea. I did a lot better on the shoulder press - managed 3 sets of 8 reps at 5kg. That sounds totally weak, but it really is all I can manage. I have difficulty even lifting my arms into the air without a weight! I think the main cause is my big boobs, so that problem should gradually improve.
Forgot to mention but I reached my 20% goal last week so rewarded myself with a pair of Skull Candy headphones at £30. Now I can have my tunes on at the gym instead of the witless crap they blare out.
