I am just wondering how you came up with a 4500 RDI? Without asking you directly, I am estimating your age and height. With that in mind I am coming up with about 4000 kcal/day just to maintain your current weight. I would love to chat and help you drop the pounds, as would everyone that has been following you. In my opinion, your calorie intake is way to high and has been, thus causing the gain in weight.

That was what the calculator came up with, but I've lowered it to see if it makes a difference :) thanks
