Diario de HawtSauce, 12 sep. 10

Day 61! ugh why am i craving food so much?! Its not like im craving really bad things i just want to have 6 wraps instead of one. This is ridiculous. Made it to the 8am yoga class this morning so i can b proud of that. With the winter months fast approaching, here are some things to think about, Ehem (clears throat) as follows:

VISION- Have a clear Vision of where you want to go!

VISUALIZATION- See yourself as you want to see yourself. Believe it and visualize it!

ROLE MODELS- Find someone that has done what you want to do and follow them in their foot steps! Big shout out to my girl, Patience. She has made some bad ass progress and stays on track and is very positive and being in the same weight range reminds me she knows pretty much what the last ten pounds is all about. Also, Skinny Girls stamina is impeccable and continues through the struggle even at the most frusturating times. You have been at this alot longer then me, why should i wanna slack after only 60 days..this is a lifestyle, there is no temporary fix if we want to look a certain way. And coach, making sure we laugh to avoid our abs becoming soft..And of course, My best friends who are active and keep me motivated to eat right and endulge once in awhile..and enjoy the finer things..together...and my man friend who is up in the oil patch working hard to bring home the cheddar. He works out every day up there plus runs more stairs then i can count to i am sure. Oxygen mag, for seriously good motivation, recpies and workout every month. how i love thee

MOTIVATION - What drives you? Why do you want it so bad?

PLAN- What is your training Strategy... draw out the route you will have to take to get to your GOAL!

FOCUS - Think about what the muscle is doing and not how heavy the weight is!

Hope everyone had a slammin weekend. I know i did. i finally got a grip on these papers and didnt bring an ounce of work home! Ah i can taste victory on them!!!

And now for a sunday night football interlude :)

you are so sweet, thank you. I hope your weekend was great. I managed to go to three birthday parties and stay under my calories. Tho the calories I had were not good ones. glad the weekend is over and its back to a normal routine. You are doing great, keep it up
