I been getting more lax with exercising frittering away with work worries but not going for the ice cream and sweet things or carbs for that matter. Going to have half a serving for whey dinner and lite soup as a snack promised my dear friend thrifting on saturday and we do a make over.Cats are acting up they do not like new food been cleaning up chuck all day on top of rainy weather. Been feeding them cold cuts of turkey like baby birds.Finally calorie stall for allergies been taking a serving of nyquill it is laden with high fructose corn syrup had no idea been taking it for three nights in a row for chest congestion and sleep aid so beware revamping exercise in the evening and taking benadryl even though its like waking from a coma.

I don't worry so much about cold remedies because it is not a permanent thing. Sleep is more important for peace of mind and a healthy life.

Yes your right! I got some nerve this morning hopped on the scale it was the same since the last weigh in phew now to keep the exercise up.

A steady weigh in is better than a gain; great job!! You're making small changes and sticking to them, that's the way to do it. :) I hope you and your cats feel better!!

Thank you everyone, I agree better steady than a slow gain, just need to work out exercise makes it much easier.
