Today was weigh-in day. Down to 196#. At least I got under the 200# mark fast. Nothing like hitting the 200# mark to get you motivated. Some people can carry 200 pounds well but not me!

Andy & I went out to breakfast this morning to Cracker Barrel. We do enjoy going out and that is one of our downfalls. However, this morning was thought out as opposed to spur of the moment. We had sourdough bread with and egg in the middle (fried), turkey sausage and hashbrown casserole. I didn't even eat all mine! It was good but it wasn't blueberry pancakes. :-)
