So I am still feeling down in the dumps today I can't even taste food so I am really not longing for any. I got up this morning and on some odd occassion I gained .4 ounces how bad does that kick booty? Honestly I do not feel like exercising because I just want to crawl back in bed rather then being at work today and the clock does not seem to be moving. Go figure huh? I promised my kids Id take them to the collard festival today so I guess I am going to end up going and I hope I can enjoy it at least a tad bit. SO I am trying to kick this cold's butt so good health here I come (maybe)

I'm sure the ounces you've gained are just water retention due to inflammation from your cold. Try to get to bed early tonight. Hope you feel better soon. Personally, I HATE having a cold - it's the worst!
