I don't know how it is for everyone else, but my weight loss really slowed down after a few weeks on Ph.1. So I moved on to Ph.2 and my weight loss rate stayed about the same, and I got to enjoy some good carbs here and there. I like to rotate Ph.1 and Ph.2 days and that seems to keep the scales moving downward.
