Wow, so okay - today didn't turn out as planned. I was really HIGH up on the scale today, since the SWF I tried didn't work at all! So, I got some psyllium husk and some "smooth move" (I laugh every time) tea. It pretty much hit me this afternoon, so, I dont know where I am. I was going to keep the calories low and then I was just starving. I defaulted to a grossly delicious bacon mac and cheese dinner (I mean we recorded calories and knew what it was gonna be), and I'm not working out today...


I have a busy day tomorrow... helping out like, TA'ing this lab but I never get any updates on wtf we are doing in the lab, so I feel so... out of place helping out. I mean, I know stuff, but it's not the same as being prepared for questions that the students might have. I mean... so yeah it kinda sucks. I'm going to see if I can't arrange to sit down and talk with the kid running the lab on the weeks that we have it, so I can prepare better.

BUT I did go to the mall today because we needed to get the psyllium husk and return something to GameStop, and I wanted to see about buying a pair of jeans because all of my jeans don't fit and it's starting to get a little nippy round here. So. I went there. I bought a pair of jeans and a shirt. What size? 6! The jeans were a SIX. The shirt was a SMALL! I mean I know Old Navy is a place that makes you feel good about your clothes, it's not like Abercrombie, but still a 6! My top size has been a 14, and I'm down to a 6!

Didn't get a new workout game yet, but like I said, tomorrow I'm busy all day and I'll probably just go back to the Wii Active and do something on there. Maybe not start a challenge - but strive for an hour and like 450 calories at least.

Also trying to drink a lot of water today to flush out my system, I hope I can see a loss by the end of the weekend. I feel like a tool not weighing in for so long, but hell with it.

OMG ALSO MY SCALE - UGH! So I was up SO much today, plus I've been "up" lately for a while, and we did a test. My BF weighed my two 8lb weights on the scale. They weighed out at 18.4lbs. Now, maybe 16.4 with whatever the covers and stuff, but... 18.4? I don't think that's normal. But I don't want to buy another one cause I JUST bought this one and it was like 30 bucks. PLUS I went out today and bought a new FRIDGE! *face slap* That was a HUGE thing I didn't expect. But we needed it. Ah well, got a good deal on a french door (3 door) stainless steel from LG.

OOOOOHHH, I just saw one of those fridge's. They are awesome!! I am sooo jealous! Looks like it may have been a week for appliance problems! lol Glad that your scale has been weighing heavy..that is cool

You sound wonderful! Upbeat, positive...YAY!!! So glad YOU are back :D And AWESOME on the size 6 jeans!!! isn't that AMAZING?! Congratulations!! I'm so happy for you. Your scale? Not so much... you might want to get a different one even if you just bought this one. Sucks if you can't rely on it. Love the description of your fridge...we got our new one last year, ALSO French Door, also stainless steel, AND counter-depth (which added like 1,000 to the cost!), but I LOVE it. It better last!
