Diario de SturgeonQueen, 08 sep. 10

Well I just finished working out, did just under an hour (59 minutes) and burned 481 calories. THEN I decided I was going to do the Salt Water Flush. Basically... you choke down a liter of luke-warm salt water and the flood gates open down below - if you get the drift. Still waiting for that to kick in, but I'm trying to do something to jump start myself losing a little more weight again. Honestly, I would die to lose like 10-15 more lbs from here, but one step at a time.

Oh Lord. Hopefully you're not having a septic tank issue like ctlss is dealing with! That'd be bad timing! Good luck? With the flood gates? And yuck... :D Ten or 15 pounds MORE?! Are you serious? Are you SURE about that one?

Oh, my word, that is a very brave thing to do. I am hoping that you have no septic problems. RWL is right, that would be bad timing!! As for 10 or 15 more pounds, that seems like a lot!! Holy Cow!!

Haha no my septic is pretty much brand spankin' new since late July thank god, but honestly - it didn't work! I mean, I read multiple sites about it, and drank 2 quarts of water with a tablespoon of sea salt dissolved in it with some lemon... and it's been almost 2 hours and NOTHING. Ugh. It was disgusting to drink too, and for nothing. I wonder what I did wrong... maybe it wasn't warm enough? I dunno... it was barely luke warm... And it's a lofty goal but I don't necessarily think it's a SOLID goal. I'd love to see myself under 130, but if I get to 135, then I'll strive for 130. I'll most likely be EXTREMELY happy to hit 130 so that's probably my low-end goal realistically. :)
