I told myself that I gotta quit smoking. I'm running the Army half marathon this sunday and I hope it's gonna make a difference that I've decided to stop.
I didn't smoke today, not even while I was having my Coffee of the Day at Starbucks.. Craving for one now. Gosh, it's not as easy as i though it would be.
