I told myself that I gotta quit smoking. I'm running the Army half marathon this sunday and I hope it's gonna make a difference that I've decided to stop.

I didn't smoke today, not even while I was having my Coffee of the Day at Starbucks.. Craving for one now. Gosh, it's not as easy as i though it would be.

You can do it. I quit 1.1.2010 and even today I once in awhile want one. It is addictive so it is difficult. But you are strong. You can beat those cravings. It is so worth it!

Thanks! I try not to think about it.. I don't know it if's psychological but I felt better when I went for my morning run today.. I managed to go longer at a shorter time. I think by not smoking at all will make my running times even better!
