Weird... a total of 897 calories today, but I feel like I over ate because I'm so stuffed. I had an entire stalk of broccoli for lunch. I was full of broccoli for hours. Finally at 8:30, I decided to have my sushi. I could only eat 4 pieces. That's a wrap for today.

You know, I get that way for broccoli sometimes as well-it really is filling, and while some may not believe it, it is totally a crave food. Sometimes, that's just what you want!

Well, I think I'll eat broccoli more often. It really satisfied me, and I had no desire to eat for hours after that. I think I need to go to the store and get some more.
