second day in a row weight is not shifting maybe its because I already lost 3kg for the week I dont know

HI Word of advice that helped me allot, don't weigh yourself so much, keep eating healthy and exercise as much as you can, the weigh yourself every 4 to 6 weeks only, this way you will always see you lost between 6 and 10 kg depending on your body and how much you have to go, and because you keep loosing you wont get disappointed or demotivated.

I like to weigh myself daily. simply because I am so sensitive to certain foods and hormone fluctuations... it's totally normal to gain, lose, maintain on the daily... but when you monitor the graph, over the extended time period, you'll notice it should progressively be going down. weight does change daily (even hours can make a difference) so if you are weighing daily like I do, then use it merely as a tool to educate yourself about what may be causing a gain, loss or maintain 👌🏼🧡
