Well last year was a complete write off!
Just before Christmas 2018 I was doing well. I was going to the gym 4 days a week.
My personal trainer decided to throw a stone into my routine and what happens... I completely burnt out.
Everything i had done fell apart.
Even my doctor confirm it.
It has taken me nearly a full year to recover. And my weight skyrocketed.
But one thing that didn't change last year, was my diet. I still ate healthier, drank up to 3 liters of water. Even got into the habit of snacking less (helped that there was no temptations in the house).
Now its 2020
I have a new goal for 2020. Just to get to the gym. What i do when i get there is a bonus. So far i only go 2 days a week. I would love to more but i am working on it.
I am also not going to weigh myself just yet. My emotional state can't handle the numbers.
I just hope that this will be a better year.
