So far I have lost 29 pounds, that seems a lot to me and at the same time so little, I have such long wait to go. I still cannot believe that I'm this heavy. I don't know how I lost track of my weight like that. It's surreal that I past the 200 pounds and couldn't stop eating or start exercising immediately. This week I feel like I just woke up and realized my weight. Well, it's time to move forwad and look back to see where I don't want to be. Amen.
