I had to fudge my breakfast in order to make the points work out - anyone else have to do that sometimes? I actually ate blueberry buckle (1/9 of pan) for 5.5 points plus the Cool Whip...the piece was more like 2 inch square, not 6.5!!! lol! Still off my true points by 0.5, so I must remember that during the day! My legs are sore today but I'm not sure if that's from the Leslie Sansone tape or trying to jog! Have a grea day everyone!

I am not, have never been and never will be a runner but I did run the curves of the track recently and walked the straights. I did this 5 or 6 times. It was early in the morning and after the only other walkers left the track I stopped because I was afraid that if I were alone it would be too late once someone found my body.....
