Managed to get in a Leslie Sansone workout - a mile in 20 minutes. I like this video...it's face paced and the mile goes by quickly. My legs get a great workout!

Not sure about the points for today...i had a skinless chicken thigh that was baked for supper and the points value comes up at one but I thought a thigh was 3 pts.

Off to bed...early morning tomorrow!

Try using the weight measurement as it is more accurate. A thigh is probably 3-4 oz and the points value using that is 2-3 pts. This is true for most of the foods so always try to use the weight or volume measurements.
