Hot dogs were not very good in fact they made me hungrier than just eating an omlette or burger. Saturday we went to an Asian fusion restaurant, I rarely drink but had two glasses felt ripped right away. It was suppose to be a coconut soup beef,fish and chicken with lemon grass. It was more sweet than anything with high carb vegetables. The fish turned out to be shrimp ground into balls.Had to take benedryl much later with more left over hotdogs which were not very good.Saturday night was up till 4 am unable to sleep and yet stomach sounded like rock music, Sunday went to mothers house to see what else to do with yard.
Needs more vegetable plants. I may have eaten way more than suppose to but at least tried to stay within carb. Well start over again clothes still fit better and less side fat/ blubber. One indulgence was the ice-cream middle from a sandwich bar it was sugar free. Threw away the cookie part, must be less carbs not sure how many though in icecream but the cookie part was most of them. Tasted like skim milk and splenda not very satisfying. Stomach still feels jittery from wine on Saturday. Sigh unable to focus for work stomach is feeling sickly mother said have a shot glass of vinegar if it feels that way ,may have some pepto bismol.I kept nibbling because wanted the stomach to stop feeling sour but nothing worked.
