Does l-carnitine work orally?  

Hope you got that from Dischem at the 2+1 special. Buy two get 1 free. Trying NPL since Monday from USN. Im sorry to say, NPL doesnt have the flavoring right, USN has just found what works and their stuff is number 1 on my taste list. Unfortunately i did go for the 2+1 special and i now got 3 months supply of not the best tasting Protein Shake. @ZAviking: use L carnitine from Bio Gen and it definitely showed results. Also taken orally. Trying NPL 5000mg and it tastes extremely concentrated but cant tell you if its working yet. Maybe mid February we will know 

Hi, thank you for the tip. I bought this combo on npl's website. I will definitely try usn if this doesnt work as I heard phedra cut usn does wonders. I lost 10 kg naturally but since december it has been a struggle😂now i need a boost. 

Let me rather say, no bodybuilder uses liquid L-carnitine orally. It's injected into horses for endurance benefits. But the placebo effect is crazy strong. If you think it's helping then it probably is.  

@za, I’m far from being a body builder, so i use it for its weight-loss benefits. 

what does it do 

Stunning pack. However here you need to push your body like cross fit training or lots of circuits or a dynamic training with light weights. But I can surr you it will kick some crazy fat loss if you stick to it. Good luck
