Yikes? 128.6!? I started taking a new medication for my knee yesterday. Diclofenac. Maybe it's causing me to retain water? It can't the rice last night - that itself didn't weight 3 pounds. the watermelon? maybe 3 cups was a bit much, but not that much more than I usually eat. Either way I'm retaining water. My friend Tina says I have a 'mini pms' every month. I have no way of knowing but hopefully that's all it is an the water will drop in a couple days. wow. what a disappointment.
