So, I met my goal weight back in December, and then I lowered my goal weight a bit to find where my body was comfortable at. I wasn't sure how much more weight I was going to drop. Well, I have been hovering around the same 3 lb range for the past two months, and I think I am right about where I should be. I don't think losing much more to get down to that adjusted goal weight is going to be my natural weight. So I have adjusted my goal weight back to my original set weight, and will work on maintaining now. Seeing that lower goal weight number bums me out that I can't get there, but I know it is okay, and I am working on building muscle and maintaining my amazing loss! Thank you all for all of your support and motivation, without it, I'm not sure I could have gone through this journey and succeeded as I have.
