Well, the weekend went quite well at Mom & Dad's. I only had 1 cheat, and watched my portion sizes. And considering that we worked for 3.5 hours on our project with very few breaks, burning a total of 950 calories, I figured that it was ok to have 1 cheat. That day I burned 1300 more calories than I consumed. ;) Love that.
Now to stay focused for the rest of this week & hope that it keeps coming off. Even though my weight doesn't seem to be changing much, I can tell I'm still losing inches, because my clothes are getting bigger. That over all is what I'm working toward, so I'm happy with my progress.
