Ok....still not sure how to add the extra assorted veggies I included in my meals. I know points wise it won't add up to anything, but would increase the fibre. When I made my spaghetti I sauteed an onion, half can mushrooms, half a large carrot (julienned) and half a green pepper in 2 tablespoon olive oil. This was stirred into the sauce and served 5 people. I also added carrot, green pepper, radishes and tomato to my salad.
I am too sore today from my degenerative disk disease to get on that treadmill, but will get back on track with exercise tomorrow.
