Ok....still not sure how to add the extra assorted veggies I included in my meals. I know points wise it won't add up to anything, but would increase the fibre. When I made my spaghetti I sauteed an onion, half can mushrooms, half a large carrot (julienned) and half a green pepper in 2 tablespoon olive oil. This was stirred into the sauce and served 5 people. I also added carrot, green pepper, radishes and tomato to my salad.

I am too sore today from my degenerative disk disease to get on that treadmill, but will get back on track with exercise tomorrow.

I do the same with the vegis and it is hard to calculate. Sometimes its not worth the headache. Just enjoy the benefits of the good diet and smile when the lbs come off.
