First day of induction and I feel great! This is the second time that I have followed the Adkins diet. The first time was a success at first. The diet did not fail... I did. I originally lost 25 lbs and was at 140 for about a year. Then I had twins and the weight crept back on. Now I am ready to do it again. I have my fridge full of low carb foods. I spent the day cooking up chicken and preparing single servings of salads. I should have no excuse to revert back to my own ways.

The biggest challenge is cutting out the caffine filled drinks. I have drank nothing but water. I am keeping my sanity by taking a Hydroxy cut twice a day.

Sooo... Day one is over and I am really happy with myself :)
