I don't have to record my weight to day and I am so glad...even with extra exercise and a great food day yesterday I am up 2.5 pounds!!! How the heck did that happen???? Wow! Now I don't feel like eating anything and just walking my butt off today....It's almost noon, and I haven't even had breakfast...just coffee and splenda...not healthy but what more do I have to do to see results??? :( Obviously I need to exercise even more, drink more water and somehow eat less....Maybe it's age and horomones...oh, I don't know....this feels terrible.

I'm sorry you're feeling so discouraged. Weight is a funny thing and it fluctuates daily so it could be just water weight. If you're hungry you should eat at least a little something. Don't starve yourself. Remember everyday is a new day just do the best you can. That's all you can really do.

I totally agree with coolbeans. Starving yourself is not the way to go. Your metabolism will just slow more. The 2.5 lbs cant be more than fluid so just concentrate on eating healthy and drinking enough water and it will come off in no time.
