127. I ate out again last night. not real healthy but I didn't stuff myself. a steak sub with fries. I ate less than half the fries. And no cheese really cuts down on the calories. Still a high calorie meal but within my calories for the day. Now I just need to keep in this range for a couple weeks. I was going to stay at 129 and didn't expect the scale to drop but now that it has I'll try to stay here since I'm not sagging this time.
