Felt really good this morning, ate breakfast and that gave me an added boost. Also was nice to see the scale go down. :) Just got to keep it going in that direction. Hopefully today I can get a bit more reading into the fast diet book I purchased. Seems that reading is my sleeping pill, I always seems to dose off while reading. But maybe today because I woke feeling so energized I can get some more pages down. :)
