Don't envy you with that ! I had physio last year, it was agony and my arm and shoulder still hurt. They think it is due to me working in the same position on a computer all day, so there's not much I can do about that ! I hope your shoulder isn't too painful .

Thank you, I've got impingement apparently, tho it is improving. It's very common with overhead activities like racquet sports & swimming, even tho both of my forays into those fields are very gentle, badminton and backstroke, not exactly Federer or Goodhew here!!
