Hi everyone! I am back from a two day trip from home and glad to be back to healthy eating and exercise. We had to make a trip to a city 3 hours away for a vet appt and dental appts. It is a small Northern town where healthy restaraunts are rare...McDonald's, Subway, A and W and a couple Mom and Pop places.
I really need to throw the rest of those magic bars (Hello Dolly Squares really) away, cause I cut one and pick all day. I could eat 2 or 3 and they are so small that 3 pts really isn't worth it.
Even though I thought I did well today I see carbs are still way up...even on the fibre one and the weight watchers items. Go figure.
I have a few points left and I made a homemade blueberry pie today so am going to have a piece...it will probably be my one and only piece caues my DH will gobble it down!
Hope everyone had a great day...I'm off to get on the treadmill and watch the final episode of The Mole which I PVR'd.
