Diario de geo99, 26 ago. 10

I have been unable to log in for a while, but am back now. I had a great holiday, did some fishing, enjoyed visiting with family, kicked back and did nothing for a while. It was great. Didn't overeat too bad, but definitely did not drink enough water. Tomorrow is weigh in day and it does not matter what happens. I am back at home, back on track and looking forward to losing the next batch of weight. Mexico in 169 days and counting, so have to getter done by then. Hope everyone is having success and also enjoying life.

So happy to hear you had a great holiday. It is much harder to stick to a plan when away from home and on holiday. My plan generally works the best when I eat, sleep, and play in my own home. Even if I have company, I know that I have the right snacks, I control the time we eat, all that makes a difference. So, as you said, do not sweat the weigh in, enjoy the memories you made and start back to work on your plan. Happy to have you back and journaling.
