I NEED HELP!!!! I am sitting here at work and we are going slow and all I can think about is having just one little hand full of them hot tamales that is out there in the machine althugh I know it will lEAD TO MORE I need some incenitive anyone here???

Go and take a little walk. Drink something hot and tasty. Hang in there you can resist! You are strong remember!!

Some people think it's better to have a small taste, but those people have far better will power than me. I have debated on a milky way bar that's been sitting in my cabinet for a couple weeks... yes, I went for a walk instead. :)

Do you have anyother snacks available? SF jello, Atkins or EAS shakes, anything? Look at your weight chart. Dont let some silly candy get the best of you. It'll only kick you out of ketosis and make you feel like shit!

I'm not sure what snacks you're allowed on Herbalife, so probably getting up and going for a walk is the best bet. Definitely focus on the weight chart going down - which it won't if you get started on those tamales. The tamales are probably old and dried up anyway.....

I agree I am just going crazy I can't go for a walk I work in an office and rarely get a break to leave and go to lunch and I havent brought any snacks because I have been on herbalife this week which I have done extremely well but right now I have a headache that is not going away and I have noticed in the past when I ate sugar it made it feel better does that even make any sense? I have to get through his I am strong and Kmartin you are right I looked at my chart and I have struggled and worked hard to get to where I am so Im gonna stick to it THANKS yall

Sorry, I forgot you switched to Herbalife. Are their any snacks that would be acceptable for you?
