Diario de ctina, 16 oct. 07

My first month is over and I have lost a total of 13 pounds. Surely a lot of it was water weight in the beginning, but so far it's great. The first 2 weeks were tough....battling hunger and appetite, but now it seems my stomach has shrunk and I am full with less.
I am making healthier choices. There are a lot of veggies, salads and fruits you can eat that don't add up to many points.
I also try to exercise about 3 times per week for an hour. Usually half that time walking fast, the other half doing basic floor exercises, like sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, ...etc.
