Not too pleased with myself - simply not enough exercise. I really need to up my program. I have followed my points range fairly well, I thought and in fact by bedtime I generally feel hungry - maybe that means I need to switch something in my diet. Calories do seem low somedays even though points range is ok. I don't know...maybe some of it is age too...harder to get off the weight? I feel discouraged today.

I don't know how accurate the treadmill is with calories burned, but I would use this one so you are consistent and ignore the treadmill. I know that the treadmill mph is totally different than when I time myself at the track so I don't give them much credit. On the treadmill I will trip over myself trying to do 4mph but can do it easily on the track. Your points and calories are right in line. If you are still hungry, either up your protein or increase your vegis. I sometimes feel really full and think I have gone over but it's all ff vegis with very low or no points value. I was just talking to someone else about baked sweet potatoes with FF Promise and a sprinkle of brown sugar. YUMMY, filling low in pts. If you like vegi's you can come up with combos that make a whole meal for practically nothing. Your doing great!

Thanks Bethru for the encouragement! I do like veggies - it can be a challenge to get great produce in my town sometimes. But baby carrots, peppers, tomatoes and cukes are favorites for snacking. Oneof my favorite sandwiches when I was doing WW before was 2 slices WW brand bread, low fat mayo, pickle slices and crispy lettuce. Only 2 points. Another was pretty much the same but with addition of tomato slices. I also used to eat a baked potato with low fat sour cream or low fat cheez whiz and some salsa in the evening when I was hungry...only 2-3 pts and filled me up. I really need to remember some of my old tricks!
