I don't know how accurate the treadmill is with calories burned, but I would use this one so you are consistent and ignore the treadmill. I know that the treadmill mph is totally different than when I time myself at the track so I don't give them much credit. On the treadmill I will trip over myself trying to do 4mph but can do it easily on the track. Your points and calories are right in line. If you are still hungry, either up your protein or increase your vegis. I sometimes feel really full and think I have gone over but it's all ff vegis with very low or no points value. I was just talking to someone else about baked sweet potatoes with FF Promise and a sprinkle of brown sugar. YUMMY, filling low in pts. If you like vegi's you can come up with combos that make a whole meal for practically nothing. Your doing great!
