I am writing this down so I can't back out! Holiday excesses will stop Saturday evening after my daughter's birthday dinner. My Saturday morning weigh in will be the starting point for my diet resuming on Sunday morning. I hope everyone out there also has resolve for the new year/decade. Good luck!
