Diario de kimjinxie, 18 abr. 13

Picture of me before an 8k that I did in February with some of the ladies from the gym. I am the tall one in the middle. :) I finished it in 59 minutes. Currently I am working on my 5k distance. I would like to get it down to 30 min for a 5k.



I love entering events because it helps me with motivation to have set dates for exercise goals.

You can do it!!! If I can do it, then any of my buddies can get there too. I have not even tried to run since junior high school and now I love getting out for jog/walks. I can now run a mile without stopping and that is real progress for me.
