Did not make it to store got involved with long conference call and before I knew it had spent a lot longer working than in the office and my grocery store was closed.
Managed to work out consistently, need to get to walmart for allergy pills.Lets see no eggs or egg whites, lots of cheese and coconut milk, and parsley should be ok if I escape today or tomorrow. Like the gym it is not that far away but it is a town where nobody ever is outside and are nosy.My neighbor stopped by last night I bought her a tiny serving size mini pannetone cake it smelled really good, I wish it was perfume.
Better get some work done here. I was tempted to eat a tiny piece but I looked at my self in these thin leggins and just think it was only three weeks ago. My improvements are slight the saddle bags are coming down and stomach/ waist which was narrow is now flat but again upper half wasn't the problem.Just tried on old jackets for work, threw a few out too beat up to keep and small jacket which must have been irregular nobody has arms that thin.Don't feel any thinner, but hopeful to fit the heap of Jeans that don't have spandex in them.

You've done great in a very short time. You need to make time to go to the store so you will have the things you need in the house so you won't be tempted with something else. Have a good day.

Good job on working out consistently! It stinks that you didn't get to the store. I agree with Addie Aline, you should make time to go. It'll give you some exercise to walk around and you get delicious food for the week. Two birds, one stone! :) I'm sorry you don't feel thinner, but at least you are seeing your body change, keep up the great work!

I agree. Great work! You need to find the time to shop or you are going to start eating junk or having to order out. I know what you mean, there are days that the scale goes down, but I feel so bloated. Try drinking an extra water, eating more veggies, exercise. If that doesn't work - GASX. Lol! Good luck at getting to the store.
