feeling good still have so much energy it's crazy. A friend brought back from Alaska some fresh Alaska Salmon it was so good i fixed it last night. i decided to do my sit up's and push ups at night just don't have time to do them in the morning have to get breakfast for the kids and get them ready to catch the bus. Went and got my back worked on yesterday slept better last night i'm hoping that will work still have some pain in my left leg but i'm hoping that will go a way.

it was out, everything was out. I think that's why i wasn't sleeping good. I guess it's from doing Taekwondo. But I'm hoping everything gets back to normal. Thanks for asking
