We have all been there! I know it sounds wierd, but are you eating enough? I initially had a great weight loss and then hit a horrible plateau for about 3 weeks. I felt lousy and tired and couldn't lose weight. I was drinking a ton of water. I added a table spoon of peanut butter and a tablespoon of olive oil to my daily menu for 3 days and I was amazed at the effect. The fats and oils are really important. Don't skip those. Make sure to work those in to your points. I'm a garlic nut, so I add fresh minced garlic to a table spoon of olive oil with just a little french bread or I have a tablespoon of peanut butter. It's amazing how much it helps.
I hope this helps you. Don't give up. You will get through this. I hit my plateau at 206 after starting at 225. I'm at 181 right now. I still have a LONG way to go. But I'm working on it.
