Yea, that's why I can't do the shake thing. I need to eat real food. I do enjoy protein shakes for sometimes though. Not sure what to tell you. If you are really hungry, stick to protein and veggies. Protein metabolizes quicker than any other food group and should help with weight loss. Maybe a chicken breast with a little salsa and some melted cheese on it. If you need some inspiration to not eat anything, than maybe buy a magazine or plan an activity that will keep you busy. Read some fitness magazines and think about how great you will look, lol. Good luck, it's not easy.
