Trying to eat low carb. Not very good at it lately. I need to get focused, drink water, cut out the sweet tea at dinner (biggie for me), exercise. Oh, and did I mention, exercise???
Seems I keep sabotaging myself. I'm 56, surely I know by now that I am at an unhealthy weight. Surely. And, I do. So why am I not at a healthy weight? Portion control has gone awry. Oh, and depression doesn't help either.
