Trying to eat low carb. Not very good at it lately. I need to get focused, drink water, cut out the sweet tea at dinner (biggie for me), exercise. Oh, and did I mention, exercise???

Seems I keep sabotaging myself. I'm 56, surely I know by now that I am at an unhealthy weight. Surely. And, I do. So why am I not at a healthy weight? Portion control has gone awry. Oh, and depression doesn't help either.

I can do this. I can do this. I can do this. My new mantra.

You can do it my doctor yelled at me to stick to very low calories. I must say gave up my candy and some starchy things but so far so good. Pour over the Atkins for the first week again look at what it takes to start burning fat. My mistake was vegetables and hidden carbs! Hang tight!
