Well afetr starting herbalife to be honest with you I was a little hungry before supper time I guess because I didnt have any snacks laying around but I did my first day pretty darn good I have to say I got up this morning and shed 4lbs I know it may be from the over eating I did over the weekend but I sure was happy to have that off. I don't think I will stick with herbalife too long unless I see drastic results just until the powder runs out so I can get my money out of the product LOL! I think if I am dedicated (which I truly am now) I can do great on Atkins that is the only thing that really ever worked for me so I guess Ill go from there.
