Having hard time getting back on track ..so tired not getting rest I need.
then I feel down and lose my motivation

My best motivation is my daughter. When I feel like I may be slipping, I look at her and wonder if I want her to develop my bad habits that promote by unhealthy weight. The more active I am, then she sees me and the more active she is. Good habits young, tend to stick with us. So look at your children, and see what your healthy habits are teaching them. However, you will find that your motivation will return when you are getting enough sleep; however, until then maybe focus on maintaining if you aren't losing. To not gain, is also a win.

Also, if you have to choose between food and exercise and you're tired, limit your food! Your diet matter much more than the exercise you're getting. But also keep in mind, exercising does give you more energy! Hang in there girl, you can do this!
