When I was pregnant before I lost weight rapidly in my first trimester. This time I am gaining weight rapidly! I don't know what to do! And I have to fit into my Brides Maid dress in september. Please give me some tips!

Do you have other children? I wouldn't sweat it, every pregancy is different. My two were night and day, but I gained 35 pounds with both despite the differences. Maybe the gain just a temporary thing, water retention or who knows what. Remember, every 3,500 calories equals 1 pound. Even though you shouldn't be counting calories in your condition, keep it in mind. Just do as your body tells you, and try taking some walks outside while the weather is nice. If you're that concerned, all activity counts. As for the wedding, you are having a baby, everybody expects you to gain something, you need to, and you can always have the dress altered. People will be very excited for you. Take it 1 day at a time. At least you can't drink alcohol anymore, which always makes me eat. Good Luck!! You'll do better than you think you will!

I do not have any children yet. My last pregnancies I miscarried. I believe this time will be much better. I feel great and no problems so far.
