ate and ate and ate and ate. and ate dairy. 131.8. so, maybe - on the very outside - I ate 3500 calories. I sincerely doubt it, but I'll call it possible. I ate half that in pita chips I think. That still means almost 4 pounds of water weight from the dairy. I can see it everywhere. My lips are swollen, which means the next few days are going to be bad. even with the benadryl. damn. I ate very little dairy. nothing with milk or cream or cheese. just a little - a very little - butter. Well, chocolate has dairy of course. I suppose there might have been cream or cream cheese in the brownies too. They were deadly good and there was something different in them. still. 4 pounds of water weight?! damn damn damn.
It'll be 6 days before it's gone. I suppose I'll still weigh in, but I don't know why other than to get a better handle on the progression of water weight after eating dairy. My nose and eyes are starting to run. yep. how fun : (
