Sometimes we have those cravings and we just give in. But don't be too hard on yourself. I see you lost last week, and that's good! How often have you been weighing yourself? Don't dwell on the fast food you ate, because it's just going to make you feel bad about yourself, and it'll lead to you eating like that a lot more often (i.e. if I'm already upset, it won't hurt to eat more of the things that made me upset!).
