The last two weeks I did good. This week
I got thrown off not getting enough sleep
and didn't exercise tues-sun.
Drank Fri night at darts and logged out
On fast food ..I feel so disappointed.
Need to find my motivation asap

Don't be to hard on yourself. You will get back on track, you are just going through a rough patch.

Sometimes we have those cravings and we just give in. But don't be too hard on yourself. I see you lost last week, and that's good! How often have you been weighing yourself? Don't dwell on the fast food you ate, because it's just going to make you feel bad about yourself, and it'll lead to you eating like that a lot more often (i.e. if I'm already upset, it won't hurt to eat more of the things that made me upset!). You got this girl! (:
