Diario de KimberleyAnn, 30 jul. 08

Still a touch of the flu - achy and sore today - and feels like I'm overheating! Stomach feels ok, but does tend to hurt after I eat...

Wondering to my self how come calories are low even though I'm using my points. Shouldn't they be higher? Also not sure how to get the carbs lower - some of them come from natural carbs (fruit/veggies). I try not to eat too much, but always seems to add up.

WW points basically work out to 1 pt = 50 calories. Fat calories carry more points and veggies and high fiber calories carry fewer points but it averages out. I looked at your died calendar and you are right in line with that. You can get the carbs lower by concentrating more on meat and vegis. I do really well at dinner by having a plate of vegis and salad and a small serving of meat. I know its realy healthy but too much fruit makes me hungry.

Thanks for the tip! I love veggies and fruit both but find that fruit doesn't keep me full for long. Veggies work better for me in that way. I can't give up meat...but do try to keep portions down. Again, thanks for the help!
