So for the big meal yesterday had our fav (my fav?) chicken breasts, breaded with flour/lavender/tarragon/'Thunder Chicken' and seared in the Dutch oven, then added sliced thin carrots, sliced onions, and another side dish, scalloped potatoes. Had impromptu company which was fun but lasted so late I didn't get my exercise / wts in. A good deal of 'salt-loading' in the days of kielbasa, meatloaf and now chicken.
