Today I have hope. Yesterday we had a ThunderSnow Storm. Today it already shows signs of melting. Maybe Mother Nature will be able to show us Spring before Summer arrives in MN!
There is family angst and with it comes the need to eat. Feed that pain...bury it...comfort it with food. Finally I can say 'not this time!'
I read a book many years ago about 'Balcony People'. You know, the ones who are up in the balcony, cheering you on and raising you up. Today I am reminded of it. Today I will think about the person who touches the lives and hearts of others with a positive light. The person who loves them no matter where they are at. Today will be one for kindness. If someone is down - I will give them a reason to smile - they're struggling to find one of their own so why not? What would it cost? People will forget what you say and what you do...but they will never forget how you made them feel. Today I will encourage and love. That is all. Encourage and love. And make healthy choices.
