My weight is up 2 pounds, but my waist is down 1 inch...this happened once before. I gained a couple pounds and could not figure out WHY? So I decided to whip out the tape measure and Viola! I am adding MUSCLE! Yeah! My legs look a heck of a lot more shapely too! I guess the scale does not always tell the whole story!
